I've always managed the text and photos of my website but, I didn't have the skill set to build and design the site from the ground up. I buckled down and learned how. I'm now offering to build sites and manage content for small businesses.

During this learning process, I also realized just how vital Google reviews are to local businesses. As I thought about some of the places I had worked with, I started to write them reviews. About a week later, there was a knock on the door. The person on our porch asked, "Remember me?" I did. He had quoted and installed my fence. He said, "I just wanted to thank you for writing that review. It's helps our business grow and gives other people insight on the quality of our work. We're grateful." Then he handed me a bag of goodies. I was stunned.
